Monthly Events
Events are open to all members. Guests are always welcome with a
member!
Luncheon events are planned so that working members can
participate during their lunch hour. For monthly functions, members are
required to RSVP for themselves, as well as guests, to every event if they plan
to attend by the date specified for the event. Anyone eligible for membership
per VCSC Constitution Article IV Section C may attend one function during the
club year as a guest and will thereafter be required to join and pay dues in
order to participate. If either a member or a member’s guest chooses not to
attend a function after responding that she/he will be at a function, said
member must cancel her/his reservation for the function. If the member does not
cancel, the member will be asked to pay the fee for any meal or activity as
well as the fee for a guest under the member’s name who does not show up.
